Hi Guys;
Here is my Premium Perfomance kit for the 650 and 750 presses.
I have several other parts and kits for them in my store, but this seems to be a favorite. I am honored.
I guarantee you will see very real, instant and noteworthy improvements in the performance of your press... or your money back.
They work. And, they work very well. ( I was just as surprised as anyone else when I made the first one... )
The four issues addressed by this upgrade are:
1. Addition of a bearing to the case feed ram cam follower to reduce friction and eliminate the need for lubrication at that point.
2. Replacement of the factory issue shell plate index detent ball with a low mass industrial bearing to reduce impact energy.
3. Replacement of the factory issued shell plate index detent ball spring which has the ideal level of pressure to engage the detent ball into the shell plate.
4. Addition of a bearing atop the shell plate, one that actually fits.
Adjustment is simple. Screw it in there. Leave it too low. Turn it up higher until the case feed ram just barely seats your case to the back of the shell plate, make sure the bearing is lined up right with the cam, then set the jam-nut.
The difference you will realize with the addition of these four elements is amazing. Each one on it's own makes a particularly subtle improvement on it's own, but in aggregate... it is as if you had an entirely new machine. It really is surprising. Small things can make a big difference. These four small things make a huge difference.
I just reload for myself, and I love it now. No more spilled powder, super smooth operation and no more grease. The headaches are gone.
And no more dragging a finger on the shell plate to try to avoid the problem.
With the shell plate indexing without snap, I found I could go even faster! I mean, you can make the powder spill... but you just about have to want to do it intentionally now.
Plus, I bet between that between the elimination of cleanups, and the elimination of bad charges I have probably increased my production by at least 50%.
I make the Roller Cam Followers and Shell Plate Bearings myself, and I worked with many of my Fellow Dillon Owners to assure that this is very best I can do.
These ain't worked over bolts from the hardware store. I start with 4140 Chrome-Moly steel, same as many fine rifle barrels, and precision machine every detail to perfection.
The shell plate bearing washer I machine from Oil-lite, which is an oil impregnated bronze and has been used in everything from turbines to clocks for must be near a hundred years.
The stuff is very slick and smooth. And it can't be fouled as there are no moving needle roller or ball bearings.
The springs are custom wound to provide the perfect thrust against the detent ball which keeps your shell plate positioned.
The Industrial Bearing Ball... it is something special. Not Ceramic, not a standard plastic... it ain't a frac ball you can get in bulk for less than a cent.
Tough as can be, slick and very light weight. Good stuff.. whatever it is. It was the best I could find.
Anyway, just like Dillon... I have a no BS guarantee.
Happiness guaranteed!!!!
If you don't like it, send it back for a full refund. I even pay the return postage.
You don't even need a reason.
Here is a short demonstration. I apologize for the poor quality, but it pretty well covers it.
Video Demo
--- This product has been endorsed by ---
Royal Precision Reloading
Billings, Montana
Jon King, Owner
*** And many others***
I am pleased and honored
I thank you all for your Patronage and feedback.
Dillon Owners are the best bunch of people I could ever want to deal with.
Thanks for your interest.
Mark
Covered under Patent No: US 10,267,609 B1
Add a map to your own listings.
