Navigator Alpha
M (Medium) Tip
Navigator Alpha tips feature 10 layers of Japanese pigskin leather that are glued, then compressed for 3 minutes which creates an effect like you have been playing with the tip for about 20 hours. This process also results in a tip that mushrooms less and provides a firm and crisp hit. The base layers have a different density, allowing them to act like a bumper. This reduces pressure on the tip and helps protect the ferrule.
This is why they call them competitive tips, because they can be changed during a tournament and you don't need time to work with the tip.
