    Two NOS, NIB vintage
    Sprague type TVL-2641
    Twist-Lok dual aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Includes mounting kit with insulators. These capacitors were tested one section at a
    time by slowly increasing an applied voltage with a Lambda model LPD-424A-FM current limiting high voltage power supply up to the working voltage. Current limit on the Lambda supplies was set to 10 mA so that the capacitor could reform as the voltage was increased, however the supplies never went into current limit mode on any of the sections indicating that reforming was not necessary.
    After testing at the working voltage each capacitor was tested for capacitance using the constant current method since charging a capacitor with a constant current produces a linear ramp such that:
    C = I*ΔT/ΔV
    and the slope of the resulting ramp times the measured current is equal to the capacitance. The capacitance on each of the sections varied between 100µF and 120µF.
