This is just a great original piece. This is one of those pieces that I have researched for hours and not been able to find another example.  I searched over 1400 auction records related to the Lackawanna Railroad and found only a couple pieces that are even remotely close to this piece.  Based on research I would say this dates to somewhere between 1885-1920 give or take.  First off, it is a wonderful hand colored Birds eye view of the Delaware Water Gap.  Image measures 16 x 20 inches.  Some consistent fading but still overall very good color.  No staining at all.  In the upper left corner in the sky you can see 2 small punctures.  Doesnt look like any loss to the paper so if you opened up the back of the frame you could probably pretty easily press the paper back down and make them virtually disappear.  Original matte shows a couple small water stains along the bottom but nothing too bad.  One of the best parts of this piece is the original wood frame.  Painted black oak frame has the original painted title plaque attached to the bottom.  The only things I have found that are similar are a couple newer versions that have the titles printed onto the matte.  Those are much smaller and newer photographs.  This is probably one of the originals that they created that probably hung in a travel agent or train depot long before there was mass producing the newer ones.  This is really the complete package.  I have not examined it out of the frame because I dont want to disrupt it as it was created.  Frame measures 27 1/2 x 31 1/2 inches.  Do your own research and see if you can find another example.  A really great piece.  FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES!
