Antique tin wind-up paddle wheel steamer. 7 1/2" long (plus the rudder). No key! It would be the kind like a clock-key, with a square hole in the center. I suspect it's missing a mast toward the bow, and a flag at the stern. Some paint flaking. It comes with a small stand which is not attached, and it has left a small dent in the bottom.
