Kingsbury Windup Toy Car. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I believe this was made in the 1930s and made in the USA. Wheels look new, do they make a after market? Looks like it was being prepared for a repaint. I wood try to salvage original paint. Thank you for looking, Steve
