This Money Cop®️ brand 2 in 1 counterfeit money detector uses the UV light functionality to detect fluorescent patterns found in paper currency. The bright UV light reveals hidden watermarks in banknotes to ensure authenticity.
The magnetic ink detector functionality allows you to go over areas of magnetic ink on paper currency and confirms the presence of magnetic ink with a “beep” sound.
Simply place the paper currency flat on your hand, move the magnetic tip back and forth across the ink, and a beep will sound if the currency is authentic.
This detector is portable enough to be used at bars and clubs where a cover charge is collected at the door, or at concerts where merchandise is purchased from a table or anywhere cash is being collected and needs to be quickly authenticated.
