Suttles In-Line Conditioner in-line adapter #900LCS-50E for DSL/Phone line connection of Computer gear, Router/Modem to a regular RJ-11 Telephone jack.  All have worked well and last for years.  Never had a problem with one.  Still sealed in the package.
