    For auction is Tonner's Velma Kelly from the Chicago Collection.  Velma is wearing her Court Room outfit.  There is a red velvet coat with gray fur collar, matching hat on short straight black hair.  Completing her outfit is a purplish dress, black hose and shoes, bead necklace in original box with tag and stand.  Velma has short black hair with bangs, expressive blue eyes, dark red lips and matching color nail polish.   She was purchased at the 2004 Livonia Convention in her red and black box and has been stored in it since then.
