VERY RARE Vintage Purple Gripper w/ Original Leash Morey Boogie XLNT EARLY 80s

Listing features a LEGENDARY "Purple Gripper" Max Gripper by Morey Boogie.  Made before the slick plastic pieces were added on to boards, you could still get a sick ride on these because you had more flexibility to really turn in to a wave.
Board measures
41" long and 19 1/2" wide at the widest part.  Obviously, it took a bit of a digger at some point.  You see it at the top/back area of the board and the right side/back.  Probably ran into the rock groins or coarse sand.  Otherwise, it's in GREAT condition (as shown); even the velcro on the leash is pretty clean!  We've always taken good care of our boards, no matter what they were.
