    Description

    Listed is a vintage pennant from the 'Black River & Western Railroad' I bought new back about 15 years ago while on a train ride with the Chinese steam engine from Phillipsburg, NJ.  Pennant says, Ringoes, NJ and dated 1992.  Still in excellent condition.
