    Description

    Vintage Railroad Advertisement Print
    Description and Item Information
Up for sale is this vintage, unframed lithograph print on cardstock paper. Please excuse any glare in the photos. This print was designed by the Taos, New Mexico painter, E. Martin Hennings for the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company. This southwest scene depicts a seated Native American man working on sand painting; he wears a yellow head band and turquoise jewelry. This piece measures approximately 10 5/16 inches by 12 inches. It would be a good addition to a collection of railroad advertising items.
    Identification
The artwork was designed by E. Martin Hennings. In small print within the bottom margin is the following information: "COPYRIGHT 1956, THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY, LITHO IN U.S.A." and, "FORBES LITHOGRAPH MFG. CO. BOSTON, U.S.A."
    Condition
This unframed lithograph looks very good overall, as shown. There are no holes, creases, or rips. Please review the description and photos, and ask any necessary questions prior to bidding or buying.
