Vintage Rock Island Railroad Poster / Sign

This is part of a RR collection I'm helping a friend sell .  It's about two feet square ( you can see my arm in the reflection ) .  I don't know the era for sure but I would say 50's or 60's  as a guess .  The art work is really excellent with many cartoon images from the Midwest and South USA .  It may have hung in a dining car because it is signed
by the manager of the Dining Car Service .  Very interesting to look at and lots of detail .  I saw some other old RR posters on line that look to be from the same artist / format .  It could be removed from the frame, rolled and shipped
at no charge .  Otherwise I'll surround in cardboard and ship it glass and all .
